We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase; however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return/refund.  

Return Guidelines

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the date that it was received
  • Merchandise returned must be in new/unused condition
  • We are unable to accept returns on washed, worn, and/or abused items
  • We are unable to accept returns on clearance/sale items
  • We are unable to accept returns on “intimates” such as underwear, due to the nature of the product
  • Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non refundable and within the customer’s responsibility

Contact us at info@slothshirts.com to request a return label for refund. Please include your name, order number, and reason of return. A return shipping label will then be sent via email in 2-3 business days.

Please note that a return postage fee of $5.00 will be subtracted from your refund amount or credit. Once we receive your returned package, it will be reviewed and processed within 5-7 business days. 

You will receive a refund notification email from once your return has been processed. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Defective Merchandise

Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported via email to Sloth Shirts within 15 days of purchase. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@slothshirts.com so we can issue a replacement.
